Ingredients
- 1 cup, yogurt (plant-based or regular, your choice)
- 1 tbsp Prana Kitchens Amalaki Pacchadi powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp jaggery (any sweetener of your choice)
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp Black gram lentils
- 1 red chili (optional)
- Some curry leaves
- 1 tsp oil
Seasoning:
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
In a seasoning pan, add some oil. When it is hot, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Then add urad dhal and red chili. When the urad dhal gets golden brown color, add curry leaves.
Add seasoning to the Amalaki Pacchadi and enjoy.
