Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt (choice of plant-based or regular)
- 1 tbsp Prana Kitchens Amalaki Pacchadi
- 1" fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp coconut (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 green chili
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- Some curry leaves
- Pinch of Asafetida
- 1 tsp oil
Seasoning:
Directions
Blend the Amalaki Paccadi, ginger, cilantro, coconut & green chili into a smooth paste and trasnfer to a bowl.
- Add yogurt & salt to the paste and mix well.
- Heat oil in a seasoning pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Remove from heat, add curry leaves & asafoetida.
- Add seasoning to Amalaki Pacchadi and enjoy.
