Ingredients
- ½ cup milk (whole milk or plant-based)
- 1 tsp sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey, agave, or maple syrup)
- ⅛ tsp Prana Kitchens Chai Masala
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Fruits/nuts of your choice for garnish
Directions
Prepare the pudding: Pour milk into a bowl. Add sweetener and Chai Masala. Using a small whisk or spoon, mix well. Add chia seeds and mix again vigorously. Let the pudding rest on the counter for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, use a small whisk or spoon to stir everything again, making sure all the lumps are broken and the mixture looks more homogeneous.
- Refrigerate the pudding for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Assemble the bowl: Take the pudding out of the refrigerator and top with fruits, nuts, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
