This summer favorite blends sweet, sun-ripened mangoes with a plant yogurt spiced with our very own Prana Kitchens Chai Masala. The result is a refreshing tropical drink balanced by the warmth of spices, a beverage that is both cooling and nourishing. Perfect as a refresher or a dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup plant yogurt (Almond or Cashew works best)

1 ½ fresh ripe mangoes cut into cubes or 1 cup unsweetened mango pulp

¾ cup water

2.5 tbsp jaggery or honey

1 tsp Prana Kitchens Chai Masala

Pinch of Salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
