3 cups fresh pineapple chunks

Salt to taste

2 tsp Prana Kitchens Chukku KashAya spice

1 tsp oil

2 tosp Chopped Cilantro

½ tsp mustard seeds
Seasoning
Directions
In a seasoning pan, add some oil.
When it is hot, add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Remove from the stove and add Chukku Kashaya spice to seasoning pan and mix.
Season the pineapples with salt, then top with cilantro and gently mix together.
Recipe Note
This recipe also makes a delicious salsa. Simply use diced pineapples, add a cup of slit grape tomatoes & optionally 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
