- 1lb Small potatoes
- ¼ tsp Prana Kitchens Garam Masala
- Olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Boil the potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them in a saucepan. Cover potatoes with water, add 1 tsp salt and bring to a boil. This will take about 15 minutes. Continue to cook, piercing occasionally with a fork to monitor progress; should take another 15 minutes or so to finish cooking.
- Take potatoes off the stove and let cool in a colander.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven: Spread the potatoes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. With a small measuring cup, smash each of them to flatten. Brush them with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the sheet pan in the oven for about 35-45 minutes until they look golden and crispy.
- Take smashed potatoes out of the oven. Sprinkle Prana Kitchen’s Garam Masala, and chopped cilantro, and drizzle some olive oil. Enjoy!
