Ingredients
- 40g Prana Kitchens Forbidden Rice Conjee
- 20g Powdered Jaggery
- 8g Dessicated Coconut
- 10g Coconut Oil
- 1/4 mashed Banana
- Rice bran oil (or any neutral oil suited for high temperature cooking) for frying
Directions
In a pan, add a few tbsps of water to just cover the jaggery.
When adding drops of syrup to cold water, it will clump together with the consistency of tomato pulp.
Turn off the flame and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix to get a thick dough-like consistency.
Roll into small balls in your palms.
Shallow fry the balls in a little oil until evenly browned, about 30-45 secs. Remove from oil and let cool.
Recipe Note
Simply replace banana with grated apples if you like apples better.
