Ingredients
- 2 tbsps Prana Kitchens Forbidden Rice Conjee
- 1 tsp Prana Kitchens Chai Masala
- 2 tbsps Almond Flour
- 2 Dates, pitted
- 2 tbsps shredded Jaggery or Muscovado Sugar
- 2 tbsps Desiccated Coconut + more for coating munchkins
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
Directions
In a bowl add the Conjee flour, Chai Masala, Almond flour and mix well
Add the pitted dates, coconut and shredded Jaggery to a blender and pulse until they mix well and stick together
Add to the flour mix along with the melted coconut oil
Knead the mix well until moisture and oils start to release and the flour can be made into a ball when pressed firmly
Roll into small munchkins in your palms
Immediately toss the munchkins in shredded coconut and lay on a parchment. Enjoy
