Ingredients
- 2 cups cold water
- 4 tbsp Prana Kitchens Forbidden Rice Conjee
- 4 tbsp organic jaggery shavings
- Optional ½ cup plant-based milk for a drinkable Conjee.
- 2 tbsp chopped roasted nuts of choice
Directions
Add Prana Kitchens Forbidden Rice Conjee to water and mix well ensuring there are no lumps.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes while stirring so it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
The Conjee will thicken as it cooks. Add organic jaggery (or a favorite sweetener).
For a drinkable Conjee, add milk & mix well. This will be pourable.
Top with roasted nuts and enjoy
Recipe Note
Enjoy as a porridge as shown in the picture or as a drink. This makes a lovely breakfast, dessert, or a drink during Ekadasi fasting.
