Ingredients
- 1 block of Paneer (10oz) cut into ¾”-1”cubes (about 30-35 pieces)
- 3-4 tsp olive oil
- ½ cup whole milk greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Prana Kitchens Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp olive oil
- Salt, Pepper
For the marinade
Directions
Prepare the marinade:
In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, Prana Kitchens Garam Masala, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk everything well.
- Add cubed paneer pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour or up to 6 hours.
Cook the paneer:
Take the marinated paneer out of the refrigerator. Add 3-4 teaspoons of oil to a large nonstick pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the paneer pieces to the pan, making sure they are spread out in an even layer. On medium heat, cook for 3-4 minutes. Then gently turn the paneer pieces with a spatula. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until paneer pieces look charred and well cooked.
- Take the paneer out on a plate and serve with a dip of your choice such as mint chutney. Enjoy!
