Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp Prana Kitchens Pulingari Podi
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl with ice and water, soak the potato wedges for 25-30 minutes. Dry potato wedges with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix potato wedges with the Pulingari Podi, salt, and olive oil, coating the wedges evenly.
- Spread the wedges on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
