Ingredients
- 3 cups Vegetables like Acorn squash (1/2 cup), Zucchini (1/2 cup), Carrots (1/2 cup), and Red pepper (1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp Prana Kitchens Rasa Mela powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Prana Kitchens Garam Masala
- Salt to taste

1/2 tsp SRS turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp organic jaggery shavings
- 1 ½ cup coconut creamer.
Directions
Add all the vegetables in an instant pot.
Saute the vegetables with oil. Add turmeric and salt.
Cook until the vegetables are tender.
You can pressure cook for 2 minutes.
Add Prana Kitchens Rasa Mela and Garam Masala.
Cook for another 5 minutes. Blend everything with Jaggery shavings and coconut creamer using a hand blender or a regular blender.
Soup is ready to be served.Garnish with Cilantro or fresh basil. You can also add Prana Kitchens Spicy nuts.
