Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 3/4 cup coarse grind corn meal
- 1.5 tbsp Samedha Mukhvas + 2
- tsp for topping

1/2 tsp SRS turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp fruit salt
- 1 tosp oil + more to oil the steam pan
- Salt to taste
- Water for batter
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, excluding fruit salt, with water until a thick pancake-like batter consistency is achieved.
Gently fold in the fruit salt.
Grease a steaming pan and pour the batter into it.
Sprinkle extra Mukhvas on top.
Steam for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut into slices.
