Prana Kitchens × Kaluna Farms: Reset, Rhythm & Restoration
A Labor Day Weekend Ayurvedic Farm-to-Table Immersion
Date: Sept 4–6 2026
Location: Kaluna Farm, Talking Rock, GA

Step off the daily treadmill onto living soil.
We invite you to join us for a transformative Labor Day weekend at Kaluna Farms. Guided by the 5,000-year-old wisdom of Ayurveda, you will develop a deeper relationship with food, your body, and the rhythms of nature.
This is not your typical wellness retreat. It is an immersive experience rooted in seasonality and ancient practice, where the food on your plate is harvested from the farm, and every meal is intentionally prepared with love and mindfulness. From a celebratory Ayurvedic Thali feast on opening night to a silent breakfast on the final morning, each gathering nourishes the gut, quiets the mind, and restores the body's natural intelligence.
At the heart of the weekend is Kaluna Farms. You will work in the soil, learn what is growing and why, and trace the living Prana from seed to table. Meghan and Ben will share the joys of farm life and the impact that closeness to nature has on our well-being.
The grounding that comes simply from being present on the land is enough to rejuvenate our body and mind. Rest under trees, walk the farm, or relax over herbal tea as you let nature heal you. This is what it feels like to live in rhythm with the earth.

Immersive Deep Dive into Ayurveda
You will also have an immersive deep dive into Ayurveda. As you harvest seasonal vegetables, cook alongside fellow participants through a guided Six Rasa Cooking Circle (exploring six Ayurvedic tastes), you will deepen your understanding of Doshas, Agni, Seasonality, and the healing power of spice on gut & brain health. Sessions weave together Yoga, Breathwork, Guided Meditations, Yoga Nidra, Satsang, and the community. You will leave recharged, with a clearer sense of your own rhythm, and practical tools to carry harmonious living into your everyday life.
