Mango Chickpea Sundal with Ellu Podi

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas

  • 1 cup finely chopped raw mango

  • 1 tsp Prana Kitchens Ellu Podi

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

  • 1 tsp juice of lemon

  • 1 tbsp fresh or shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp oil of your choice (coconut or sesame oil is a good option)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let it splutter.

  3. Add cooked chickpeas, mango, salt, and Ellu Podi. Mix well on low heat for 2 minutes.
