All Purpose Ellu Podi

My favorite Prana Kitchens spice powder. This is such a very versatile powder it can be used in various preparations from Variety Rice to Vegetable Porials/Sautés to Chutneys. It has a nutty quality with awesome flavor. It allows me to create savory dishes that I enjoy.

Prana Kitchen’s Ellu Podi adds the right amount of flavor to the avocado toast without overpowering it. The spice blend has a rich, deep flavor with a little pleasant kick, and it all works beautifully with the smooth texture and fullness of the avocado. I enjoyed it so much I had two servings!

Protein packed goodness!

The ellu podi was very delicious! We used it in many ways.. as a dip for bread with olive oil, as a dip for dosa paired with sesame oil, and as sprinkling on idli aired with ghee. I would totally recommend this product to everyone...reminded me of home away from home...
