- 1 cup Prana Kitchens Moringa Rice Adai mix
- 1/2 the packet of Prana Kitchens Adai Spice
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup grated vegetables (like cabbage, carrot, corn, etc. optional)
- Salt to taste
Directions
Save the Adai Spice packet for later.
Mix water and the Prana Kitchens Moringa Rice Adai and soak for 5-7 hrs.
30 minutes before making the adais, add salt, Moringa Rice Adai Spice, and vegetables (optional).
Adjust the batter with water as required for pancake batter-like consistency.
Heat a cast iron griddle and pour a large ladle of adai batter. It will spread by itself or you can gently spread it.
Spoon sesame oil around the edges & flip to cook both sides.
Remove from the pan after the edges are lightly crisped.
Recipe Note
You can make either thick or thin Adais. For softer Adais, pour a ladle of batter but do not spread.
