Delicious!

My husband and I enjoyed the Pulao and seasoning. I added diced and sautéed sugar snap peas, carrots and broccoli. It was what I had in the house. I didn’t have the lentils on hand and will add them next time.

Sri had samples available at the EatLoco market. It was nice to try in advance. She was very helpful and I was happy to learn buckwheat is GF!

Amazing blend of spices!

This was my first ‘buckwheat’ pulao and it was really a treat. Not only did I enjoy the buckwheat, whch I found heartier than rice, but the spice blend was absolutely delicious. The flavors created a satisfying feeling that warmed me all over. Of course I went back for seconds!
